VIPM are developing a boutique, luxury villa resort and spa community on Scrub Island in the British Virgin Islands. Scrub Island is a 230-acre private island located just five minutes by ferryboat from Beef Island Airport adjacent to Marina Cay. Construction has already begun with all utilities, water and sewage plants completed along with paved roads. The project has received formal approval from the BVI government and construction is already underway. In addition, there is a new 65 slip full-service marina. The location includes three secluded white sand beaches, picturesque turquoise waters, and marina along with other proposed 5-star amenities, which include a luxurious spa, cigar bar, observatory, and wine cellar.
