The ideal candidate should possess 3-4 years of hands-on experience in health and safety within the civil construction industry. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety programs in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
3. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to promote a proactive safety culture.
4. Provide ongoing safety training and awareness programs for all employees, emphasizing the importance of safe work practices.

Qualifications:
