Duties include (but not limited to):
• Formulate and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s operational objectives, optimizing costs while ensuring quality and reliable supply.
• Identify, assess, and engage potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key vendors.
• Track market trends and conditions to uncover opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and process enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and provide procurement guidance and support throughout the purchasing lifecycle.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, adopt best practices, and drive operational excellence in procurement.
• Maintain and update procurement documentation, generate reports, and monitor performance metrics to track key indicators and ensure accountability
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, ideally within the Construction industry.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supply chain principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating across teams and organizational levels.
• Proficient in procurement software and tools, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
