What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise civil construction crews on site
- Coordinate daily activities, ensuring projects run on time and within budget
- Monitor quality, productivity, and safety standards
- Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to resolve challenges and meet project goals
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a positive and productive site culture
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Foreman in civil construction (utilities, roadworks, earthworks, or related infrastructure projects)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage crews effectively
- Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and commitment to safety excellence
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to sites across the Lower Mainland
