About the company: Our client was formed over sixty years ago and from humble beginnings as a family owned company now operate throughout western Australia. Specialising in civils construction and in particular, earthworks, roads, remediation, infrastructure and subdivisions, they have the technical expertise to continually deliver challenging projects. Over the years they have continued to expand and have forged out an excellent reputation for delivering projects to the highest standard.

About the Role: Our client is seeking a three Project Managers to join their expanding company and assist in the future development of the company. Primarily working on subdivisions, roads, highways, earthworks and remediation projects, you will oversee the daily management of project works, support the on site project teams as well as liaise with internal support teams and external clients and contractors. You will be expected to get involved in projects from the initial tender stage through to the site set up and successful delivery of the works.

About the Requirements: Our client is seeking individuals who are ideally a degree educated and have come from a civils background. You will be involved in earthworks, roads, infrastructure projects etc with a particular bias towards subdivisonal projects. A proven track record of delivering similar projects and the ability to drive sites forward is essential. Excellent communication skills, report writing and a solid awareness of budgeting is essential. You must be able to work in a team environment and be capable of managing your project teams. A strong regard for OH&S is also necessary.
