About the company: Our client was formed over sixty years ago and from humble beginnings as a family owned company now operate throughout western Australia. Specialising in civils construction and in particular, earthworks, roads, remediation, infrastructure and subdivisions, they have the technical expertise to continually deliver challenging projects. Over the years they have continued to expand and have forged out an excellent reputation for delivering projects to the highest standard.

About the Role: Our client is seeking a two Site Managers to join their expanding company and assist with the delivery of projects. Primarily working on subdivisions, roads, highways, earthworks and remediation projects, you will oversee the daily work production on site and work very closely with the on site teams in order to ensure the progression of the works. Reporting to the Project Manager you will have a very hands on role and will be involved in site set up, procurement of labour and equipment, labour allocation, report writing, progression of works and overseeing OH&S.

About the Requirements: Our client is seeking individuals who have come from a civils background. You will have been involved in earthworks, roads, infrastructure projects etc with a particular bias towards subdivisonal projects. A proven track record of delivering similar projects and the ability to drive sites forward is essential. The ability to be able to communicate effectively with both management and your site workforce is critical. Individuals who can think on their feet and address daily issues quickly and efficiently are required.
