About the Role:

Our client is a major player on the £2 billion Olympic Village Development in Stratford, London, where they are responsible for delivering a diverse range of projects. There is a current requirement for a senior Construction Manager to take a key role in delivering a 33 storey residential project. Reporting in to a Project Manager you will be Site based and responsible for coordinating sub contractors, planning, health & safety, whilst ultimately ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to budget.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be expected to have experience in a similar level role or looking to take the step up to the next level from a Construction Manager / Project Manager position on smaller projects.
You will need to have experience in working on projects that are 20+ storeys which can have been in Residential, commercial, leisure or other.
