About the role: We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join this new and exciting opportunity in Sydney from the outset of the business. This role will see you working closely with the hands on Recruitment Manager as you establish the business in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a real hunger and desire to succeed and the rewards and benefits for joining the company at this stage will be significant and will genuinely lead to upper management opportunities.
The role will suit an existing Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant, preferably from a civils or building background, who is up for the challenge of growing our already well established UK brand overseas. An existing knowledge of the Australian construction industry would be most welcomed.

Vacancy Details:
We currently have vacancies for recruitment consultants, team leaders and office managers based out of our head office in Harrow and subsidiary offices. These opportunities will provide you with the platform to develop yourself and your own section of the business with as much support as required balanced with a good level of autonomy. Requirements:
Successful applicants will have prior experience of recruitment or a sales orientated environment from trainee to management level. Ideally you will have knowledge or experience of the construction industry however this is not essential.
Remuneration:
Remuneration will be extremely generous. We base salaries on the experience and abilities of each professional but offer beyond the typical level in industry. You can expect basic salaries from £20,000 to £50,000 and on target earnings of a minimum £50,000 for entry level consultants to £150,000 for competent consultants and managers. In addition to basic salary and commission we offer generous bonuses, car allowance, mobile phone/blackberry, and more.

About the Company:
The Bristol office was set up in January last year covering the South West and South Wales region and has seen a rapid growth in clients, candidates and turnover. We are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to take control of the Civil Engineering division dealing with Groundworks, RC Frame, Highways, Utilities, Rail, Marine and Infrastructure sectors. You will given as much or as little training and guidance as required and will have the freedom to develop this sector of business as you desire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultant to develop their own sector of the business with significant growth potential. About the benefits / rewards:
Salary and package will be extremely generous. Consultants will earn a basic of £25,000 - £40,000 depending on experience with an expected OTE of £65,000 - £95,000. The overall earnings are very much dependant on your own success and provide limitless opportunity for financial reward. In addition to the basic salary and commission we offer bonuses, car allowance and incentives. The biggest reward from this position will be the potential to progress and develop within this new and growing region.
Requirements:
Candidates will have at least 2 years recruitment experience within the civil engineering industry. You will be outgoing, organised and computer literate with experience dealing with clients and candidates in a face to face environment.
