Superintendent – Vancouver

The company we work with are a leading local Vancouver developer; they have a key focus on Mixed-Use, Medical, Hospitality and Commercial Projects ranging from $40m to $150m. Currently they are working on a number of High Rise/Mid Rise mixed us projects in downtown Seattle and are looking for Superintendents to join their team.

The Project Superintendent’s responsibility is to supervise the development of a project and to complete the work on schedule and within budget, while achieving a high quality of workmanship and maintaining strong working relationships with Owner’s Consultants and sub-contractors.  In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all trades and managing daily site activities.  You must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage professionally with design professionals, consultants, City Inspectors/Officials and the Client.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Superintendent on large scale, commercial, mixed-use and/or multi-family projects.
  • As an alternate, more than 5 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent on large scale construction projects.
  • Must be computer literate; including the use of project scheduling software, Microsoft Office and project management software.
