Our clients , are a reputable M&E Contractors, are currently seeking an Mechanical Site Manager to join their mechanical team for ongoing projects in Dublin .With a strong portfolio of ongoing projects throughout Ireland, the company offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
About the role:

- Reputable M&E Contractor

- Working on commercial, hospitality and healthcare projects
- Competitive salary (negotiable DOE)
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Manage and direct technicians, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
- Monitor quality of installations and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material logs, and documentation.
- Liaise with engineers, clients, and other teams for smooth project execution
Position requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in mechanical site supervision or management
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methods, and site operations
- Familiarity with project management tools and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and quality control standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in dynamic site conditions
