SSA Group are seeking a  Project Manager on behalf of a leading residential Developer in Wexford. 

About the opportunity:

Our client is a leading Developer who are responsible for delivering a range of high-profile developments in Ireland.
They are now seeking a Project Manager for a residential development in Wexford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain employment with one of the countries leading Developers with a strong pipeline of work in the South East of Ireland.

€75,000 - €85,000 + package, depending on experience. 

A Brief Overview:
  • Oversee all phases of construction from planning to completion
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and planning permissions
  • Monitor on-site progress and resolve issues or delays
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules
  • Ensure quality control throughout all stages of construction
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure adherence to sustainability and environmental standards
  • Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high-performance delivery
  • Handle project handovers and manage snagging processes
  • Ensure final completion aligns with design specifications and client requirements.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
  • Experience working at PM level in Ireland/UK with a contractor or developer.
  • Hands on experience of management of construction projects and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic with the ability to work independently on own initiative, but willingness to take direction and guidance from Head of Construction when required.
  • Knowledge and experience of Asta Powerproject.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
