Business Development Manager – Piling – London
About the Client: My client was established in 2019 with the aim of becoming the construction industry’s piling and foundation contractor of choice. They have a combined total of 30+ years’ industry experience, they are equipped with the expertise you need to obtain the most efficient solution to your piling and foundation needs. They specialise in the Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) market, they provide design and construction of foundations for all types of structures across all ground conditions. Operating from a Head Office based in central London, their capability extends across the capital, the South East and throughout England.
About the role: This is an ideal role for someone with experience of working with some major Piling Contractors across the UK. You will take the lead on all business development for this contractor and be responsible for building a pipeline of projects. You will then be tasked with expanding your team and set up a structured division for the contractor. This can be a remote role with bi weekly head office meetings.
About the requirements: You must have at least 5 years Business Development experience and it is essential that you have worked in the Piling sector. You must have industry knowledge to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for your own division and be expected to promote the contractor, get business leads and tie up contracts.
