My client is a multi-disciplined builder that specialises in a range of Commercial projects up to $50 mil. They have been awarded a number of new projects and need an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
The Role
You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage & organise subcontractors and ensure all works being carried out are to the highest quality & safety standards
- Provide the Project Manager with regular updates regarding programming and progress on site
- Attend site meetings & liaise with the Project Manager & Contract Administrator in regard to programming & cost control
- In combination with the Project Manager, you will be required to deal directly with the client/client-side PM, architect and other consultants
- Oversee on-site safety requirements
Requirements
- Trade qualified background ideally
- Track record of delivering Commercial/Fitout & Refurb projects
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Sound knowledge of OH&S practices
