• Handling all documentation requirements associated with the successful execution of Electrical projects 
  • Tracking the progress of jobs and assisting the project manager in monitoring profitability
  • Being a key point of contact with general contractors and suppliers
  • Escalate issues to the Project Manager as required.
  • Creating invoices and progress billing promptly
  • Ensure any issues impacting collectability are escalated to the Project Manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of project coordination experience in the Electrical field is required.
  • Ability to possess and apply strong organizational skills
  • Must have high attention to detail and consistent follow-up on issues when required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and excellent interpersonal skills are needed when in contact with customers and other employees
  • Ability to operate a computer with good general knowledge of Office Suites.
