Project Coordinator – High-Rise Construction Manager – Toronto
My client is a very busy Construction Manager in the GTA. They are working with some of the most reputable developers in Toronto and have a very healthy pipeline of high-rise residential work throughout the GTA.
They offer a collaborative working environment with excellent growth opportunities. They are growing quickly and want to speak with individuals who are of a similar mindset.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with consultants and sub-trades.
- Tendering and Contract Administration.
- Review and process invoices.
- Assist the Project Manager with project schedules and budgets.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience with a Construction Manager or General Contractor in Toronto.
- Residential experience is desired.
- A relevant degree (construction management, architecture, engineering, etc.).
Salary for this role will depend on previous experience, but it will range from $55K-$75K + benefits
