I am seeking a Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of Ireland’s leading Main Building Contractors, for a large apartment block in Dublin City Centre. The role would suit someone who has held a similar role with either a Tier 1 or mid-sized main contractor. €65k – €70k + package on offer.
About the company & role:
My client is a Tier 1 Building and Civil engineering contractor with vast experience across all sectors of the construction industry. They are involved in all sectors of the industry – Data Centre’s, Pharma, Commercial etc, and they have a lot of work in the pipeline so this is a long-term, permanent position.
You would be based on a residential (apartment) block within a larger overall mixed-use development which consists of of office space, a hotel, apartments, restaurants, communal space etc. Upon completion of this project, you will have the opportunity to get involved in other high-profile projects across various sectors.
What you will need:
- Strong finishing experience.
- Extensive experience in management of sub-contractors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage personnel.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience work at Foreman/Site Manager level
- Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
