I am seeking a Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of Ireland’s leading Main Building Contractors, for a high profile project in Dublin City Centre. You will be based on a €150m commercial development just south of the city centre. The role would suit someone who has held a similar role with another main contractor, however you don’t need experience working on projects of such a large scale. Circa €65k – €70k + package on offer for the right person.
About the company:
My client is a Tier 1 Building and Civil engineering contractor with vast experience across all sectors of the construction industry. They’re known for delivering high quality, sustainable construction projects across a range of sectors including, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Hotel, Education, Pharmaceutical and Data Centres. You will be based on a €150m commercial development initially. There is approximately 6 months left on this specific project, and you will have the opportunity to get involved in various high-profile projects thereafter as they currently have a number of developments under construction including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical plants, and Mixed-use developments ranging in value from €10m to €350m.
What you will need:
- Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
- Strong finishes experience.
- Extensive experience in management of sub-contractors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage personnel.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience work at Foreman/Site Manager level
