SSA are recruiting a Health & Safety Officer on behalf of an established Civil Engineering Contractor to join their business on a permanent basis. Within this role you will be based primarily out of East Galway.

- The suitable candidate can vary from Graduate to Senior Health & Safety Officer, as the client are flexible on experience.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to; –
- Ensure compliance with environmental legislation.
- Make sure that Health & Safety documentation is up to date
- Accident investigation and the necessary paperwork and process thereafter.
- Comply with accredited ISO standards
- Complete Method Statements & Risk Assessments
- Complete site safety audits
- Progress Standard Operating Procedures
To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
- Relevant Qualification
- Minimum 1 year related experience ideal (but not essential)
- Full Driving License
