I am seeking an MEP Manager on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor in Dublin. You will be based on a Data Centre project in West Dublin initially, and with this being a permanent, long-term position, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects thereafter.
€80k – €85k + package on offer.
About the company:
My client is a Tier 1 Building Contractor with vast experience across all sectors of the construction industry. They currently have a number of high-profile projects under construction including Commercial, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical plants, and Mixed-use developments ranging in value from €10m to €200m.
You will be based on a large Data Centre project initially, and will have the opportunity to get involved in various project sectors thereafter.
The company have a healthy pipeline of work and are in a strong position going forward, so this is a permanent, long-term position.
A Brief Overview:
You will have responsibility for the delivery of Building Services Systems on your designated project that are on Time, on budget and meet the companies safety, quality and energy standards. You will strive to successfully deliver fully integrated and commissioned MEP systems on your project that will meet the specified design and statutory requirements, leading to seamless handover with the building systems performing to the client’s satisfaction.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
- 8+ years post graduate experience
- Experience with either a Main Contractor/M&E Subcontractor, or Consultancy
- Data Centre experience is essential
- Excellent knowledge of building services systems
- Excellent communication skills
