About the role:
I’m seeking a Quantity Surveyor for an immediate start on behalf of an industry-leading Fitout Contractor who is experiencing continued growth, even during these uncertain times.
Based in North Dublin, reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full cost life cycle of projects, primarily within the commercial sector.
You will gain exposure to diverse and challenging work under the supervision of highly-experienced professionals within a supportive, dynamic company.
About the company:
This is an opportunity to join a leading provider of high-end fitout services to the commercial sector. They work with multinational clients, both in Ireland and abroad, having completed projects for numerous renowned companies.
Still a relatively young business, they have built a strong reputation and expertise within the industry and are reporting recent turnover of €70m with the aim of hitting €100m within the next 2 years.
Salary on offer is highly competitive and is negotiable dependant upon experience level.
Position requirements:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Recent demonstrated fitout project experience
- Contractor experience preferred
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
