I am seeking a Senior Engineer on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor in Cork.
€60k – €70k + package on offer, depending on experience.

My client has established itself as a top Irish building contractor delivering high quality, sustainable construction projects across a range of sectors including, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Hotel, Data Centres, and more. They have a long history and have established a very good reputation in the industry.
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site in order to drive project through to successful completion on time, within budget and finished to the highest standards
- Managing engineering procurement including the ordering of concrete and site bulk materials
- Organising the delivery of materials, plant and equipment needed for the project
- Responsible for supervision, quality and measurement of concrete pours
- Attending weekly management team meetings
- Facilitating the flow of information between the Design Team and the Construction Team
- Maintaining, tracking and scheduling the daily and weekly work programmes and reviewing weekly progress reports from the master construction programme
- Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Highly motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
