I am seeking a Site Engineer on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor, for a new project in Co. Westmeath which they are starting in the new year. The project is a major industrial-type project, and due to the scale of the development, there is longevity in the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain long-term employment with one of the countries leading main contractors.
€45,000 – €55,000 + package on offer.
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintaining site record such as daily and weekly registers
- Surveying and setting out using Total Station, GPS
- Day-to-day supervision of site personnel
- Promoting and ensuring high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on projects
- Supervising and managing sub-contractors
- Assist in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments for construction activities

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
- 2+ years site experience, with a main building contractor, a civils contractor, or rc frame subcontractor
- Motivated individual with excellent communication skills
