I am seeking a Site Foreman on behalf of a highly reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor in Waterford.
€60,000 – €70,000 + company vehicle on offer. Permanent position
About the project:
The initial project is the construction of a €50m production facility, consisting of bulk earthworks, site services, infrastructure, access road etc. Large 2 storey building – pad foundations, structural steel/cladding. Predominantly manufacturing level finishes (cleanroom, resin floors, tiling) with some office admin space.

The company in question are a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who have extensive experience in a wide range of sectors, including data centres, residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, hotels and more. They have a long history and have established a very good reputation in the industry.
What you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience work at Foreman/Site Manager level with a Main Contractor.
- Extensive experience in management of sub-contractors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage personnel.
- Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
