My client is looking for an Assistant Site Superintendent with 3-5 years of experience working on local ICI Construction projects to support a warehouse expansion project in Markdale. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their site leadership career on a fast-moving industrial project.
 
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting the Site Superintendent with day-to-day field operations
- Coordinating trades, site logistics, and daily task planning
- Monitoring safety, compliance, and quality control on site
- Supporting progress reporting, documentation, and inspections
- Helping ensure the project stays on schedule and on budget
 
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4+ years of experience in a Site Coordinator or Assistant Superintendent role
- Previous Industrial/Commercial/Institutional (ICI) project experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in Markdale daily
- Someone available to start immediately
