Job Description

SSA are looking for a BIM Manager on behalf of our client, a well known Architecture Firm, in Dublin.

Our client is a leading practice across Ireland and work on projects in both Ireland and Europe.

The Role

• Develop, implement, and maintain firm-wide BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Provide training and technical support to design teams using Revit and related software.
• Oversee BIM model setup, coordination, and data management for all projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
• Manage project deliverables and support clash detection and model audits.
• Stay current with BIM trends, tools, and best practices to improve firm processes.

Requirements

• 5 years in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm to implement AI processes across the office.

Whats on Offer 

• €80,000 - €90,000 salary
• Package: Bonus, Pension, CPD
