Job Description

We are seeking a professional AutoCAD user to create, edit, and modify detailed 2D and 3D drawings and designs. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, a deep understanding of drafting principles, and the capability to transform design concepts into precise and well-structured technical documents.

Responsibilities:· Generate detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.· Work on SketchUp, 3Ds Max in accordance with project specifications.· Work in close collaboration with architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to comprehend design requirements and incorporate necessary adjustments into drawings.· Promptly modify and update existing drawings as required to reflect design alterations and rectify any discrepancies.· Conduct thorough reviews and cross-checks of as built drawings to guarantee their precision, integrity, and compliance with established standards.· Stay updated with the latest developments in AutoCAD software and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency. · A bachelor’s degree or a relevant drafting certification is preferred.· Demonstrated experience as an AutoCAD drafter with a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD software.· Profound knowledge of drafting standards, symbols, and notations.· Strong experience working with 3D modelling software: SketchUp and rendering software: 3Ds Max.· Familiarity with Adobe Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.· Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and design specifications.·

Exceptional attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and effective communication and teamwork abilities.· Strong time management skills to consistently meet project deadlines.· Familiarity with architectural, engineering, or construction terminology, as well as local rules and regulations
