RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities
*Manage crews and subcontractors
*Ensure safety and quality standards are met
*Schedule work and manage timelines
REQUIREMENTS:
*5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Ability to read and interpret blueprints
*Valid driver’s license
