My Client is a leading Design & Project Management Consultancy who are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to join their Team to work on a sustainable transportation scheme in Dublin.

2.5 year contract with scope for 10+ years on future projects.

Requirements

• Candidates ideally have 5+ years experience in a similar role.
• Experienced in communicating effectively and have the ability to prioritise and manage work load effectively.
• Experience of ensuring works are compliant.

Duties

• Ensure that reports and related photographic records are maintained of all works.
• Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications.
• Identifying defects and liaison with designers/contractor regarding solutions.
• Document progress & report to Senior Site Supervision Staff
