Role Description This is a full-time on-site ID fit out Construction Manager role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, including supervising workers, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety, and monitoring project controls & insurance implementation of approved program of works in addition to reaching and completion of handing over .
Qualifications Strong supervisory and leadership skills Experience in ID fitout Coordination and Supervision of on site activity with Supervisors and Foreman Experience in budgeting and cost control Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices Experience in construction project management and project control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Experience working in the Middle East and Gulf region.
