Contract Administrator - Design & Construct

We’re working with a well-established, fast-growing construction company with a strong presence across Queensland and Victoria, operating from five offices throughout the states. This builder has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality design and construct projects across the commercial, education, and industrial sectors.
With a strong pipeline of secured projects, they’re now seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects ranging from $3 million to $30 million AUD. You’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values autonomy, attention to detail, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and administer contracts, procurement schedules, and subcontractor agreements
  • Assist in project cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Monitor project financials and manage progress claims, variations, and reporting
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients
  • Provide support across multiple active projects and assist in tender reviews
  • Occasional travel to project sites may be required for meetings or site coordination

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a Contract Administrator role within the construction industry
  • Familiarity with D&C contract models and project financials
  • Background in commercial, education, or industrial new builds
  • Highly organised with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects
  • Willingness to visit regional sites occasionally when required
