Civils/CSA Lead - Life Sciences Construction (Germany)
Permanent | Salary €120,000-€135,000 + package | Locations: Munich, Frankfurt, Dresden, and other cities

About the Role:
You will oversee all CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) activities within a major pharmaceutical project near Munich, with future assignments in Frankfurt, Dresden, and potentially Hamburg or Berlin.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil and structural design coordination
• Oversee on-site works through all project phases
• Interface with M&E teams, design engineers, and local authorities
• Ensure compliance with German standards and GMP building environments
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure safety excellence

Requirements:

• Fluent German and English skills
• EU citizenship (project mobility requirement)
• Proven CSA or civil engineering leadership in pharma or semiconductor builds
• Experience in large-scale industrial or cleanroom environments
• Ability to relocate across projects within Germany
