SSA are looking for a Design Architect on behalf of our client, an Architecture firm, based in Cork.

- Lead and contribute to design development from concept to detailed design
- Prepare and coordinate planning applications, tender packages, and construction documentation
- Develop architectural designs using Revit in line with office BIM standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, planning policy, and BCAR requirements
- Attend design team meetings, site inspections, and client presentations
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio environment
- Part 3 qualified Architect
- 5–7 years’ professional experience, ideally within Irish practice
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Proven design capability with a strong portfolio of built or advanced-stage projects
- Solid understanding of Irish planning system and building regulations
- Experience across one or more sectors (e.g. residential, commercial, education, healthcare, mixed-use)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
