Job Description

I am seeking a Site Engineer on behalf of a highly reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor for a development in Cork.

The company is a leading building and civil engineering contractor with vast experience across all sectors of the construction industry. They are a nationally recognised contractor with a portfolio of major projects across all sectors of the industry.  
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain long-term employment with one of the countries leading main contractors.

€50,000 - €60,000 + package on offer.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Maintaining site record such as daily and weekly registers
• Surveying and setting out using Total Station, GPS
• Day-to-day supervision of site personnel
• Promoting and ensuring high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on projects
• Supervising and managing sub-contractors 
• Assist in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments for construction activities

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
• 2+ years site experience, with either a main building contractor or rc frame subcontractor
• Motivated individual with excellent communication skills
