My client is a market leader in the Manufacturing Industry. A leading manufacturer of sustainably engineered products with cutting-edge facilities in Ireland, known for innovation and high-quality products. Seeking an EHS Manager to drive safety and environmental excellence across operations.
 
 
About the role:

• Full Time, Permanent Role
• Competitive Salary & Package €75,000 - €80,000 DOE & Benefits Package
• Based in the Southeast of Ireland

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

1. Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and industry regulations.
2. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
3. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting to prevent future occurrences.
4. Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs for employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.
5. Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring adherence to sustainability goals and waste reduction initiatives.

To be successful in your application you will ideally possess the following:

• Relevant Qualification – Preferably Level 7 EHS Qualification
• 3+ years Experience in EHS Management Systems & ISO Experience
• Good Communication Skills & Stakeholder Management
