Our client, Tier 1 M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland and Europe, with a specific focus on large scale data centre construction. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout the globe.

Duties include (but not limited to):
• Lead and manage daily site operations with confidence and accountability
• Drive productivity across teams while managing people, paperwork, and site performance
• Motivate subcontractors to meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes
• Identify and solve problems before they escalate to the Project Manager
• Take charge of day-to-day planning, including HSEQ, progress tracking, and team coordination
• Maintain and update project programmes to keep timelines realistic and achievable
• Lead effective site meetings focused on clear actions and tangible results
• Ensure high-quality, snag-free delivery that meets client expectations without compromise
Position requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Proven knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, specifications, and applicable building codes and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
