Our client, A reputable Electrical & Instrumentation Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland and Europe, with a specific focus on large scale data centre and pharma construction. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout the globe.
About the role:
• Dublin based position
• Join a highly reputable Electrical Contractor
• Excellent opportunity to grow and develop with an established industry leader
• Working on multimillion data centre, pharma, and projects
Duties include (but not limited to):
• Design and develop electrical systems and schematics.
• Conduct calculations for circuits, loads, and voltage requirements.
• Select appropriate components and materials for projects.
• Ensure designs meet safety standards and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to implement solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports
Position requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years’ experience in data centre / pharma
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and standards.
• Proficiency with CAD and electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN).
• Experience with circuit analysis, load calculations, and component selection.
• Familiarity with industry codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
