Responsibilities:
- Lead and support site electrical works, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Manage electrical project scheduling, cost control (labour, materials, equipment, variations, valuations), and progress tracking to meet project targets
- Direct and coordinate the project team and subcontractors, including weekly progress meetings, manpower oversight, and schedule alignment across trades
- Oversee reporting systems including timesheets, snagging/punch lists, and QA/QC processes, ensuring timely updates and compliance
- Chair site and project meetings and support full project close-out, including handover documentation, electrical safety files, O&M manuals, and final accounts
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of full electrical project lifecycle across design and construction
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage electrical project programs on commercial and residential builds
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical project management or as a site electrical engineer
- Relevant electrical trade background or third-level qualification in electrical engineering
- Full clean driving licence
