Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey with as an Electrical Lead. This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of EUR85,000 to EUR100,000, and the opportunity to oversee all projects in Milan, initially managing a 2-Phase €150m Data Center project. As the Electrical Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of these low-voltage works.

Preferred Requirements:

• Possess an EU passport and the ability to work in Italy
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
• Have experience in the Data Center or Industrial (e.g., Pharmaceutical) sectors
• Fluency in Italian is advantageous, but not essential
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
• Extensive experience in a similar Electrical Lead or Senior Electrical Engineer role
• Thorough understanding of low-voltage electrical systems and their implementation
