About the role:• Dublin Based position

• €85-95k salary

Duties include (but not limited to): - Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of electrical works in line with project requirements.
- Technical Oversight: Review electrical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and manage procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide site engineers, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, providing regular updates and resolving project issues.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical works adhere to safety regulations, risk assessments, and site safety procedures
Position requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record managing electrical projects within M&E contracting, preferably in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors. - 7+ years experience
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, M&E services, codes, standards, and design drawings.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain effective client relationships.
- Certifications (Optional/Preferred): PMP, Prince2, or other project management qualifications; electrical licensing or professional registration.
- Software Skills: Competency in MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, or similar project management and design tool
- Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledge of site safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance on site
