Our client, A reputable M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on commercial residential, pharma and data centre projects. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland

About the role:

Duties include (but not limited to)

• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, electrical standards, BCAR 2014, and quality workmanship on site.
• Develop, implement, and manage Construction, Project Quality, EHS, and Traffic Management plans.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost control, and progress reporting, including Testing & Commissioning.
• Manage procurement, specialist subcontractors, materials, plant, and equipment in line with project needs.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and trade contractors to ensure smooth delivery and strong relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and build a cohesive team while identifying future talent and business opportunities.

Position Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ experience in Project Management within a recognised Mechanical or Electrical trade contracting environment.
• Relevant trade qualification and/or third-level qualification.
• Proven track record in coordinating and managing large-scale installation projects.
• Skilled in labour management and team coordination.
• Experienced in design-and-build projects.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of EHS standards.
• Proficient in complex electrical services work.
• Competent in using computer software for project management and reporting
