Our client, A reputable M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on, commercial, data centre, pharma and healthcare, sectors. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland

About the role:

• Dublin Based position

• €85-95k salary

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of electrical works in line with project requirements.
• Technical Oversight: Review electrical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and manage procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide site engineers, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, providing regular updates and resolving project issues.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical works adhere to safety regulations, risk assessments, and site safety procedures

Position requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record managing electrical projects within M&E contracting, preferably in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors. - 7+ years experience 
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, M&E services, codes, standards, and design drawings.
• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain effective client relationships.
• Certifications (Optional/Preferred): PMP, Prince2, or other project management qualifications; electrical licensing or professional registration.
• Software Skills: Competency in MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, or similar project management and design tool
• Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledge of site safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance on site
