About the company:

Our client, Tier 1 M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland and Europe, with a specific focus on large scale data centre, pharma, healthcare, and commercial construction. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout the globe.

About the role:

• Dublin based position

• Working on multimillion data centre, pharma, and commercial projects

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Lead all financial and management aspects of the project
• Oversee project team, labour control, and coordination
• Liaise regularly with key project stakeholders
• Ensure quality and health & safety standards are met
• Deliver electrical projects on time and within budget
• Strong commercial, contractual, and team leadership skill

Position requirements:

• A relevant Level 7 (3rd Level) Electrical Qualification is an advantage
• Background in the electrical trade is desirable
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
• Proven experience in managing electrical projects is required
•  Strong delegation and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with wider project teams
