Our client, Tier 1 M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland and Europe, with a specific focus on large scale data centre, pharma, healthcare, and commercial construction. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout the globe.
About the role:

Duties include (but not limited to):
• Maintain and update project-specific Jones Engineering databases to ensure accurate client handover documentation
• Review project benchmarks and First-of-Kind (FOK) installations
• Complete system and equipment test packs using Project Quality Management Software
• Coordinate with QA Lead on documentation, handover, and tagging schedules
• Work with construction teams on handover planning, walkdowns, and snag list development; identify trends and escalate to QA
• Inspect installations for compliance with quality plans, ITPs, standards, specs, and procedures
• Oversee 3rd party inspections and ensure contractor compliance with project requirements
• Ensure subcontractors meet all QA requirements
• Conduct and document regular site walkdowns and inspections
• Travel to sites across Ireland and mainland Europe as needed
• Attend and report at quality meetings with management and subcontractors
• Collaborate with internal Electrical QA/QC Leads and Engineers
Position requirements:
• Possession of a relevant qualification in electrical or quality disciplines
• Background in electrical trades considered a strong asset
• Ideally 1+ year of experience in a comparable position
• Strong command of spoken and written English required
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and schematic diagrams is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
• Familiarity with quality management software is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
