Engineering Manager – Mechanical / HVAC
Location: Western Sydney | Full-Time

A well-established mechanical services contractor is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its engineering and design function across major HVAC projects in Western Sydney. This is a senior leadership role responsible for technical governance, team management, and engineering delivery across multiple projects.
You will oversee mechanical design standards, coordinate closely with project delivery teams, and provide strategic engineering leadership from tender through to construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the mechanical engineering and design team
• Oversee HVAC design delivery, compliance, and technical quality
• Support tenders, value engineering, and project planning
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and consultants
• Mentor senior and junior engineers and drive best-practice standards

About You:

• Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer
• CPEng accreditation (Engineers Australia) – essential
• Extensive experience in building services / HVAC engineering
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, and construction practices
• Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management skills
