A leading interior fitout and design firm based in Dubai, specializing in Residential projects are seeking an experienced and skilled Fitout Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in managing retail fitout projects. As a Fitout Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring its successful completion within the specified time frame, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Quality Control:
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project by conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
• Address and resolve any issues or deviations from project specifications promptly.
• Budget Management:
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing client concerns.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among team members.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior staff members.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and challenges in the project and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Handle unforeseen issues and changes effectively to minimize project disruptions.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in managing retail fitout projects in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, codes, and permitting processes.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
