Our client is a a key player in Ireland's construction manufacturing sector. They produce and supply construction materials for use in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects across Ireland and abroad.

About the role:

• Limerick based role - Site Based
• Salary €70,000 - €80,000 & Package 
• Permanent full time position

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Utilise EHS management system for compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive safety training for all departments.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and manage incident reporting.
• Develop and oversee emergency response plans and safety audits.
• Maintain safety equipment and ensure its availability.
• Monitor vendor and contractor safety compliance.
• Chair EHS committees and collaborate on departmental safety goals.
• Advise on environmental initiatives, such as waste management and sustainability.
• Represent the company at industry events and engage with peers.
• Manage the EHS department budget for program effectiveness.

To be successful in your application you will ideally possess the following;

• Relevant H&S Qualification
• 5+ Years H&S Management Experience 
• Strong communication skills
