HVAC Field Service Technician

A leading HVAC rep firm is hiring a Field Service Technician to support LG VRF and split-system equipment across the Lower Mainland. This is a customer-facing role, so strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential. The position is ninety percent field based, supporting maintenance sites and day-to-day service calls.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair LG VRF and split-system equipment
• Support installation, commissioning, and site inspections
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
• Document work and coordinate with the technical team
Qualifications
• HVAC or refrigeration experience
• VRF experience an asset; full training provided
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills
• Valid driver's license required. Please do not apply without one.
Compensation and Benefits
• $60,000 to $70,000 salary range
