- Manage and maintain a portfolio of HVAC service and maintenance contracts.
- Build strong client relationships through professionalism and reliability.
- Mentor apprentices and junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and leadership.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, including urgent call-outs.
- Ensure work is completed to the highest standards with a client-first mindset.
- Proven experience as a commercial HVAC service technician.
- Strong leadership skills and a willingness to mentor apprentices.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and independent decision-making.
- Clear communication skills and a professional approach with clients.
- Adaptability and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high standards.
- ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Cert III Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- White Card
- Driver’s Licence
