Project Coordinator with at least a year of experience in the construction industry? A well-established General Contractor in the Barrie area is looking for someone just like you to join their growing team. This firm is known for its strong presence across
Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, and Multi-Unit Residential projects throughout Simcoe County.
What You’ll Do: - Assist Project Managers and Site Superintendents with day-to-day project administration
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, change orders, subcontracts, and letters of intent
- Support multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and MS Project to track and coordinate tasks
- Help maintain accurate project documentation and communication
What You Bring: - 1+ year of experience in a project coordination role with a General Contractor (preferred)
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or Construction Technology (preferred)
- Proficiency with Office Suite, Bluebeam, and MS Project
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid G Class Driver’s Licence
