SSA is recruiting an Intermediate / Project Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a large Building Contractor, to be based in Central Dublin.

About the role:

Site based on a multimillion-euro commercial project, reporting to the Senior QS, you will be responsible for: compiling variation claims and maintaining schedules, preparing CVR reports, cost forecasting, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, contractual correspondence with stakeholders, and much more.

Position requirements:

- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 3+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role
- Large-scale construction site experience
- Valid working rights within Ireland
