SSA is recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a building contractor for a position based in Dublin.
About the role:
This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity for someone to gain diverse experience with a multidisciplinary business. You will be working in a fast-paced office with regular site visits, reporting to a Senior QS. The ideal candidate will have post-graduate contractor experience, working either as a QS or an Estimator.
About the company:
This business is a leading building and civil engineering contractor, working on projects including: water, commercial, education, industrial and residential sectors. They are expanding their team due to several project awards, and now require an intermediate level QS. You will gain excellent experience, playing a key role in the delivery of competitive projects.

Position requirements:
- BSc / MSc degree in Quantity Surveying
- Min. 2 years post-graduate QS experience
- Valid working rights within Ireland / Europe
- Previous residential or commercial experience desireable
