SSA is recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager on behalf of a cost consultancy to be based in Dublin

About the role:

The ideal candidate will have experience within working on residential developments. This is a west Dublin based role, working closely with vastly experienced Company Directors. You'll be exposed mostly to private residential development projects across Ireland.

Family-based Chartered Quantity Surveying practice located in Dublin, providing building cost consultancy and project management services across a wide range of sectors with a focus on Residential Developments.

The team consists of experienced quantity surveyors, estimators, and project managers, committed to providing a professional and high-quality service. This ambitious company promotes organic growth, and performance pending, this opportunity could lead to a senior management/ directorship position in the future.

Position requirements:

- BSc / MSc degree in Quantity Surveying
- Min. 5 years of postgraduate QS experience (MSCSI preferred)
- Demonstrated PQS / consultancy experience (not essential) 
- Valid working rights within Ireland / EU
