A leading consulting firm is seeking an Intermediate–Senior Water Infrastructure Planning & Hydraulic Modeler to support and lead complex municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and support water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure planning studies, master plans, Class EAs, intensification studies, and hydraulic modelling assignments
- Manage technical components from concept through delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs
- Provide project management leadership, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to developing team capabilities
- Act as a client-facing representative, supporting proposals, presentations, and ongoing communication
- Prepare and review technical deliverables including reports, memos, modelling outputs, mapping, and design briefs
- Support development of innovative, sustainable servicing strategies aligned with evolving municipal needs
Qualifications - Degree in civil/environmental engineering, planning, or related field; P.Eng an asset
- 5–10+ years of experience in municipal water infrastructure planning and hydraulic modelling
- Experience managing infrastructure planning studies and overseeing project deliverables
- Proficiency with InfoWater, WaterCAD, or similar platforms
- Experience with GIS and related modelling tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of municipal infrastructure standards and planning frameworks
- Self-driven, with ability to work independently or remotely where required
- Passion for sustainable, data-driven, community-focused infrastructure planning
